Position Details: Neurology RN- Gainesville, FL Location : Gainesville, FL 32614 Project Duration : Full Time Permanent Job Shift Diff: Night Diff : 4.25. & Weekend diff: 3.00 Sign on: Day Shift Sign on is 15K Night Shift Sign on $25k Relocation: Case by Case Shift Timing : Days (Rotating Weekends) & Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary and Qualifications: What you will do in this role: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes What qualifications you will need: Must have 1 year of RECENT (Within the last 4 years) Acute Care RN experience Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Require Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
