Position Overview:

Provide administrative and project support to the IT Operations team. Assist in the efficient operation of the bank's IT department and infrastructure including the critical applications, network, servers, databases, desktops, laptops and Information Security platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various members of the IT Operations team to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Assist with the management of the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems, including servers, switches, firewall, routers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to network, systems and IT operations.
• Ensure the adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with end-user support when Service Desk cannot resolve an issue.
• Executes special projects as directed by IT Operations management.
• Communicates system status, updates and operability to users.
• Complies with bank regulations, bank policies and procedures.

• Enrolled in a computer/information system or equivalent based Bachelor's program. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
