Our client, an industry leader in engineering and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering department supporting innovative projects and maintenance operations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Beaumont, Texas
Pay Range:$95000 - $115000
What's the Job?
- Provide instrument, controls, and electrical systems engineering support to maintain all aspects of site instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.
- Lead electrical and instrumentation projects and/or maintenance work to ensure compliance with the national electrical code and site permits.
- Participate in the development of project design concepts and criteria.
- Provide and modify instrument and electrical drawings as needed.
- Prepare electrical and instrumentation estimates for projects and monitor project progress for technical accuracy, schedule, and budget adherence.
What's Needed?
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of various PLC and computer software packages.
- Fundamental understanding of the process safety management (PSM) standard is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Required certifications, licenses, or training as applicable.
