What does a great Technical Consultant do?
In this position, you will provide analysis, testing, consultation and recommendations to clients throughout the project coordination process, in order to ensure clients' business needs are met. You will work closely with clients and internal partners to ensure efficient on-time delivery of data center projects and provide the best-in-class solutions to the clients' needs. Your primary project responsibility will include the coordination of the DNA IRS compliance process with internal groups.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
* IRS Compliance Process Consultation/Coordination:

You will work with client on DNA IRS Compliance Overview throughout the process

You will setup and validate DNA Core parameters

You will create/update structured communications

Specified output validation

Develop and/or assist with process improvements
* File Transmissions: You will coordinate incoming and outgoing file transmissions, analyze reports as needed, document errors and procedures/processes with the client and/or third party vendors.
* Client Option Selection and Setup related to specific projects:
* Core Project Consultation/Coordination:

Using the knowledge of the DNA and related systems, recommend to clients ways to utilize the systems to achieve the desired end result.

Interpret requests and determine additional requirements (documentation, client discussions, etc.).

You will determine complexity of requests, development and/or data center support requirements.

You will develop or assist with specifications as necessary.

You will assist with projects that require interdepartmental resources and coordination.

You will coordinate/communicate with client as necessary

Document all project procedures and processes for inclusion in the department procedural library
* Testing: Accurately and extensively test third party and project specific files, programs and procedures/processes.
* Professional relationships: Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with both internal and external clients.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree at minimum.

Two to five years of relevant experience in the financial or financial services industry

Some experience with or knowledge of DNA platform

Proficient with SQL queries, database structures - Oracle and SQL Server

Strong MS Office skills with using Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Possess good project management skills and should be detail oriented

Strong communication skills and be able to interact with work with external clients, vendors and other development teams

Ability to successfully work independently and within a team.

Should be flexible to work some weekend hours for 2-3 months in a year, mainly during year end events.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong application knowledge preferred: Deposits and/or Lending

Analytical knowledge: In-depth experience with analytical tasks related to special project coordination.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
