As a Help Desk Analyst (Tier I), you will monitor and troubleshoot ATMs in Fiserv's Card Services Operations Logistics Center. You will focus on providing prompt technical support, via phone, to Fiserv's ATM client base and technicians.
1st Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm
As a Help Desk Analyst (Tier I), you can look forward to:
Monitoring and troubleshooting ATM hardware and telecommunication incidents
Initiating and receiving calls to and from clients, data centers, ATM service companies and telecommunication vendors to resolve incidents
Monitoring and troubleshooting Cash related outages and escalating to proper vendors and teams
Researching and investigating customer inquiries related to ATMs
Documenting reported issues, troubleshooting steps and actions taken
Following established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine/non-routine problems
Attending on-going training to achieve level of technical skill needed to solve more complex problems
Meeting the individual customer service call volume and quality expectations
Participating in continuous process improvement to improve service, reduce costs, and improve quality
Performing and completing other duties as assigned

Basic qualifications for consideration:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent client-facing verbal and written communications skills
Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems with attention to detail
Energized by working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient at operating a computer and navigating between multiple applications
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Experience in a technical setting and/or currently pursuing a technical degree
Knowledge of the financial services industry, ATMs and Device Manager
