This is a Hybrid position and will be in the office one day a week.
Responsible for hands-on leadership of a team of network engineers designing and maintaining critical communications between our data centers and connected vehicles.
Responsible for 24x7 support of our voice and data networks and rapid incident response.
Design, support, and maintenance of network devices in a highly complex environment.
Support and maintenance of all networking elements of a high availability production environment.
Setting the direction of networking technologies and methodologies for our growing network
Responsible for all network operations including monitoring, backup, outage resolution, upgrades, design and maintenance.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network and voice issues.
Four or more years of experience with network design and architecture.
Four or more years of network experience troubleshooting and implementing routing, switching, firewalls, GSLB and load balancers.
Four or more years of experience managing and supporting MPLS core networks.
Four or more years of experience with routing protocols such as BGP,OSPF and MP-BGP.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with Cisco switching, routing and firewalls.
Experience with CheckPoint and ASA firewalls.
Experience with A10 Load balancers, DNS and CGNAT.
Expert level understanding and experience with IPSEC and GRE tunnels.
Expert TCP/IP packet analysis, using Wireshark or raw packet captures using tcpdump.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical problem solving from Layer 1 through Layer 7 of the OSI model.
Experience with AWS networking including VPC, ELB, EIP, VPN, Direct connects and gateways
