Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
A minimum of 15+ years of management experience with oversight delivery responsibilities in on-prem Infrastructure support for clients in a global delivery model with multiple offshore resources
Proficient in Windows Servers, SQL servers, Oracle DB, CISCO networking devices administration
Subject Matter expertise and deep technical abilities in the following areas
Experience in remote datacenter operations and administration
Life cycle management of datacenter operations
Capacity and rack management
DR planning and management
Provide support & assist in remote troubleshooting efforts, racking- and-stacking new equipment, swapping removable media (disk, etc.), repairs
SOX and audit compliance and host hardening
Storage and Back-up Administration "
Experience in Storage and capacity management
Defining and maintaining backup and restore policies
Enterprise backup and restore management using all the applicable backup technologies
Maintaining archival, purge, and retention policies
Implementation of storage-based solutions including storage consolidation, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery
Patching of all the applicable backup and storage appliances
SOX and audit compliance and host hardening
Experience in Administration and maintenance of WAN, LAN/MAN , Wireless LAN network connectivity of all the applicable regions
Remote administration of all routers, switches, access points, wireless controllers, phone systems, and video conferencing systems across all Ball offices
Monitoring and maintaining all collaboration & communication network platforms
Event log troubleshooting
Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
A completed Bachelor's Degree

Preferable prior hands-on experience for on-prem remote data center operations, remote on-prem storage and back up administration, network management, systems administrations, database management and NOC/Monitoring
