As Supply Chain Partner Development Program Manager, ("Program Manager") the ideal candidate will assist CBRE's client ("Client") to further develop and train our Client's many suppliers and vendors.
In this role, the Program Manager will onboard, training, and continually evaluate the performance of Client's suppliers and vendors. The Program Manager will help develop and implement the Client's Supply Partner Development Program to all Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and vendors, then conduct continued evaluations of these suppliers/vendors by means of conduction two (2) Partner Business Reviews ("PBR") meetings per calendar quarter.
Duties include:
- Expand the Supply Partner Development Program to all Tier 1, 2 vendors/suppliers, and conduct 2 PBRs/ quarter
- Onboard new Suppliers, including training and ramp-up.
- Maintain PBR cadence and continuous improvement focus on suppliers already enrolled in the program.
Anticipated Deliverables for 2021 (typical):
- Onboard six (6) new suppliers onboarded with Introductory PBRs held
- Conduct three (3) PBRs for each incumbent Supplier who has PBR in 2020 (Recycle)
- 9 suppliers in the PDP by EOY
- Standardize metrics across all product lines and categories. Ensure that suppliers are supported. Monitor each suppliers performance against typical supply chain performance metrics.
- PDP Database of KPI trends for each supplier
- Standardized metrics by product category for supplier-to-supplier consistency
- Progress to target(s) benchmarked
- Develop and update the client's Business Continuity Plan ("BCP"), which include the following:
- Coordinate and help administer data center vendors business continuity planning assessments.
- Coordinate BCP Evaluation with 3rd Party
- Develop/Maintain BCP database to store results, database management
- Deliverables: BCP Data Collection from OFE Vendors ( 25 - 30 Vendors), Coordinate BCP Evaluation with 3rd Party
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training. Minimum five years experience in procurement of real estate or facility management services and supplies.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of database reporting and platform manipulation. Familiarity with use of contracts management tools and platforms.
