This position proactively identifies new opportunities for the organization to improve on, using advanced scientific approaches and methods. Is the subject matter expert on highly complex system applications and leads project teams. This includes analyzing highly complex data and building complex reports and/or data repositories and other presentation materials. Acts as project manager on system integrations, migration to new systems, system enhancements, including managing timelines, budgets, collaboration with IT, management of third-party providers, field training, and adoption. Oversees team responsibility for creating functional documentation, reviewing technical documentation, system configuration, creating training materials and leading cross functional teams through projects and/or issues to achieve desired results. Leads team of System Coordinators. CORE FUNCTIONS 1. Supervises the daily activities and operations of non-exempt, exempt and/or technical staff. Provides training and development for staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess strong knowledge as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in related business discipline to area assigned or computer science. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems preferred.
