The Sr Recruiter is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring recruitment best practice is adhered to and promotes quality and diversity in terms of our workforce and the services we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr Recruiter is responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies through:

• developing, delivering and implementing a robust regional recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
• proactive talent sourcing for manager / leadership roles through a 'hands on' approach
• support the recruitment process for mobilizations / transitions and scalable solutions
• recruiting and selecting in line with the Company's technical and behavioral requirements
• leading the adherence of the end to end recruitment process
• contributing to the achievement of the Divisional and Corporate People metrics, including reporting metrics for the region
• delivering the global strategic objectives at a regional level
• manage the recruitment supply chain & ensure it is fit for purpose especially with relation to new mobilization / transitions

Supervisory Responsibilities

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams, and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
