JOB SUMMARY Manage day-to-day activities for FM Technology initiatives and provide direction to team members to ensure efficient operation of the systems and timely completion of related projects and recognize opportunities for improvement of processes and systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Enterprise Asset Management system and all of its components to support the client. Implement system enhancements and workflow/process improvements.
Manage Remote Monitoring System and all of its components to support the client. Manage RMS projects.
Coordinate with the client's Technology organization to provide technical solutions for the CBRE account and Client's FM Operations Team and to address FM Technology related issues as they arise.
Coordinate with the FM Operations team to support the implementation of D&T systems and policies. Manage FM Tech Ops Managers and Analysts
Monitors all facilities equipment that serves the client's operations - including but not limited to Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Critical Cooling Units, Fire Systems, Office space comfort monitoring, etc.
Provide guidance and technical solutions for team initiatives and ensures compliance with established technical and operational standards.
Maintain on-going communications with the client to update and provide/gather feedback on projects. Monitor project progress, metrics, KPIs, and makes adjustments to align with goals and reports activities to leadership.
Assists in the development of the operating budget.
Assists with the development and execution of project plans for team initiatives.
Assists the Director and leadership with new business development, including identification of opportunities, client solicitation, proposal development, and presentation.
Integrate a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies that drive operational efficiencies and client experience
Will assist in creating and deploying a smart building and technical strategy through the Americas Region.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE STEM degree with Information Systems (hardware/software) Concentration preferred Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Data Center environments and Facilities Information Systems.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Systems Administration
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables, macros and database management required.
