Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Product, Analytics and Modeling (PAM). We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.
The team member will join the Specialized Communication and Trader Services Team.
Participate in enterprise level projects from an engineering perspective .
Identify and drive automation opportunities within the voice infrastructure of the function along with manage the database and dashboard Projects may across varied voice platforms, applications, and/or business lines.
Works closely with vendors and provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, inclusive of significant risk(s) and issue(s) tracking, and communication at the team level.
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to own technical processes for greater efficiency and transition effectiveness.
The candidate will need to partner with other WFIP groups to meet governance objectives. Includes project tracking responsibilities for work owned by self and in cases for others.
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects with moderate to high risk and complexity, impacting small number of users and/or departments.
Drive team and focus on process improvements, system improvements and automation
Be a model for continuous improvement & quality
Support all CSAM (Communication Services Access Modules) and circuits within Wells Fargo's Trader voice systems, execute Changes into the environment via the WF Change Control process
Assist with mitigating risk for the enterprise by proactively addressing capacity problems or any voice system related issues
Assist with building out a centralized database for the enterprise teams
Adhere to Inventory and Asset management policies
7+ years engineering experience in voiceservices and automation tools
2+ years of analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to turn findings into high level requirements for automation
2+ years extracting, analyzing, and reporting from a SQL database using Microsoft tools (Access / SQL) detail
Automation experience with Ansible infrastructure and Python, perform maintenance and configuration and provide SME level support.
Able to work with a group independently on automation and scripting
The individual must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities around database, network and automation
Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
Advanced Tableau skills and experience in extracting, analyzing, and reporting from a SQL database using Microsoft tools (Access / SQL) detail
Advance Microsoft Access skills
Capacity Planning for the Database and Dashboard
Performance Monitoring of the database
Application Programming Interface(API)
The database interoperability with JSON Files
