About the Role
The prospect team member will play the Technology Manager role and he will lead the Brokerage – ETL Development Team for WIM – Data under EFT. He will be responsible to understand, implement & mature the Enterprise Data Strategy in the WRTT area.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Developers, QA and Analyst to work on various Brokerage projects and various other initiatives under WIM area
- Actively participate in the evolution and adoption of the data transformation strategy by implementing solutions that are aligned with the enterprise data blueprint.
- Actively participate in developing technology target state roadmap for the applications in the portfolio while collaborating with relevant business and technology stakeholders.
- Implement data driven solutions/applications that can scale and meet the technology resiliency, information security, regulatory and business demands.
- Plan, perform and act as an escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
- Develop and implement standards, procedures and best practices for design and development, have experience in performance tuning of applications.
- Effectively work in a hybrid environment where legacy ETL and Data Warehouse applications and new big-data applications co-exist
- Support ongoing data management efforts for Development, QA and Production environments
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends to build best in class technology to provide competitive advantage.

Essential Qualifications
- 14+ years of overall application development experience and good knowledge of various ETL platform with special focus on Informatica.
- 10+ years of experience in Informatica, Oracle and Unix.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and building technical solutions for large enterprise.
- 3+ years of experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop and ETL Tool – Talend.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial domain.
- Ability to lead strong technical teams in Agile model.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Release / Change management process along with DevOps principle.
- Good knowledge of Version control system with focus on GIT.
- Must be a team player, self-starter and able to work on a list of tasks without supervision and an ability to work under pressure.
- Pays attention to details and has strong communication skills both in verbal and written and the ability to communicate effectively with peers and business users.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant field.
- Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years' of overall Database information architecture, design, development and implementation experience in Relational and Dimensional databases.
- 5+ years of designing and implementing highly distributed, scalable, and performant back-end database processes - Staging, Data Enrichments and Strong data delivery techniques.
- Experience deploying and supporting large, complex data warehouse/business intelligence solutions.
- Working experience of AbInitio ETL is a plus
- Strong knowledge of any BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
