While Expedient's operational headquarters are located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we are hiring a Partner Growth Manager dedicated to support and drive new business with our partner in Chicago, Illinois. This role will develop and execute strategies to promote Expedient's cloud and infrastructure solutions across our strategic partner's sales teams, prospects and clients. This position will also be responsible for partner engagement and events, developing leads, qualifying opportunities for business, coordinating meetings and top-line revenue growth both nationally and within partner-targeted markets.

Develop and execute a partner growth plan, establishing relationships, while managing partner interactions with both prospects and clients that drive business opportunities
Promote Expedient and plan & execute engagements with partners to grow opportunities and develop revenue
Nurture and develop a "trusted advisor" relationship with the partner's sales and engineering teams, take ownership of deal registration, create engaging sell-with/out programs, and coach and train partners on Expedient value proposition
Regularly engage Expedient Partner Managers and Market VPs to promote sales activity in the local market, and lead opportunity follow-up and drive accurate sales forecasting
Integrate Expedient Channel Marketing and build partner enablement tools, training and documents while implementing/updating programs, incentives, blogs, webinars and other elements
Meet/exceed partner attainment KPI goals/quota for qualified leads per month, prospect meetings, quotes, sales, quarterly joint events, and sales incentives
Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to sponsors and to Expedient teams, to report on challenges and successes within the channel relationships
Experience with large and/or national Channel Partners in a wide variety of segment and vertical markets
No less than 6 years of experience in channel partner management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Technology or a related field is required
Proven success in IT sales, business development and channel/partner experience preferably within the datacenter, cloud, infrastructure as a service, and managed services IT ecosystem
Relevant technical knowledge is required, such as: database systems, fundamentals of cloud computing and virtualization, storage systems, etc. with ability to understand how these are leveraged to drive and impact business
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Project Management and CRM tools/techniques
Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities
Candidate must be self-managed and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel in and around the greater Chicago region regularly.
Ability to travel overnight to other target cities in the US approximately 3 to 4 times per quarter
