The project coordinator will work with and support the site DCS (Data Center Services) team
and will assist multiple project managers to help with administrative tasks, office support, project setup, execution, and closeout of on site capital projects at the Pry site, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Projects will vary in nature and range from new construction/new buildings to capital upgrade projects in existing facilities. The project coordinator will also be responsible for a wide range of
Meet with DCS Lead and Project Managers on a regular basis to review and prioritize work activities.
Experience working in an office or construction environment.
Review and approve photos taken on site to protect intellectual property.
Manage/create site access requests for operational space and construction.
Manage/assist with the on boarding of site contractors. This includes the onboarding process, issuance of badges, management of access, and removal or renewal at the time of expiration.
Coordinate visitors coming to the site (directions, orientation scheduling).
Assist with project team appreciation gift orders and distribution.
Order office supplies.
Work with kitchen staff to re stock the kitchenette.
Assist with planning for site safety celebrations in collaboration with our site General Contractor.
Coordinate safety walks with the site General Contractor, site safety, and DCS team.
Work with the general contractor to review and validate safety reporting and man hour reporting.
If needed assist DCS team in submitting monthly safety metrics to management.
Understanding of a typical scope of work and ability to review/comment on scope gaps.
Project Manager Support:
Assist Project Managers with project organization which will include:
Set up shared folders.
Ensure efolders and documents are appropriately shared with the necessary individuals.
Monitor sharing settings and auditing for security.
Schedule project meetings.
Assist the Project Managers with reporting and documentation to include:
Take meeting minutes and distributing to the project team.
Monitor action items for status and closure.
Assist with the punch list walk scheduling and monitor punch list status.
Assist with creating and updating management presentations and project reporting.
Reach out to internal teams as needed to coordinate next steps, discussions, approvals, meetings, etc.
Dashboard Assistance (Internal Program):
Load initial/final guaranteed maximum price contracts into Dashboard. Ensure project manager and quantity surveyor review and approve.
Assist with management and execution of project change orders; responsible for uploading and overseeing approval workflows in Dashboard.
Monitor potential change orders in workflow for overall status and budget reviewer's comments to keep the workflow moving.
Balance the schedule of values tabs in Dashboard against cost reports.
Load work orders for project work in Dashboard.
Review milestone dates monthly in Dashboard to confirm reporting accuracy.
Monitor contracts from submissions thru final approvals for Project Managers
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate's Degree (AA/AS) , College Diploma in Architecture or Engineering Technology or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year(s) of related construction commercial real estate experience.
Organized individual with a detail oriented personality.
Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of Google tools to include: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
